Photography Business

It cost me less than $1000 to start my own photography business. I purchased a Nikon digital SLR and began gathering clients via my website.

Teaching CPR

It costs me about $1,100 dollars to start teaching CPR. (manikins, lungs, barrier devices, videos, etc.) I started out teaching friends for what it cost me so I could practice and I borrowed equipment from a friend who also teaches as I slowly made money to buy more equipment. I finally gathered enoguh money to do a mailing and I was finally on my way. I made back all my investment in the first year and three years later I am still doing great!

Writing costs

The only thing that cost me was opening a business checking account for my writing business online. I deposited $100 as startup costs, and bought checks for $12.

drop shipping

The cheapest way to go starting out is drop shipping. Some companies charge for drop shipping but it will save you the cost and space for inventory. Needless to say, if it is not a internet/Mail order business you will need stock to sell. :)

Tutoring

I was attending school and good grades are the goal in school anway. The Library will place you on their tutor list if you attained an A in the class for which you want to turor. As far as expences there aren't any unless you want them.
